Monthly Plans
Starter includes 2 reels per month. Growth includes 3 reels per month. Pro includes 4 reels per month. Final plan depends on scope, shoot needs, posting support, and add-ons.

90-Day Content Cycle
Each client’s system is built around a quarterly content capture session every 90 days. That session gives Lemon District material to create ongoing reels, visuals, ideas, and campaign direction.

Finished Deliverables
The core deliverables are the finished monthly reels included in the selected plan. Captions and posting support depend on the package.

Raw Footage and Photo Library
Raw footage, raw photos, unedited camera files, and the full photo or video library are not included in the standard Content System. Captured media is used inside the Lemon Engine to produce finished content. Branded photo packs, graphic packs, raw licensing, and additional deliverables are available as premium add-ons or by request.

Add-Ons
Extra capture sessions, event coverage, branded photo packs, graphic packs, carousels, seasonal campaigns, product launch packages, posting support, and raw licensing may be added for an additional fee.

Payment Terms
Plans are billed monthly. Payment is due before work begins for each billing cycle. Add-ons may require payment before scheduling or production.

Scheduling
Quarterly shoots are scheduled in advance. If a client needs to reschedule, they should provide reasonable notice. Extra shoots, event coverage, or urgent requests may require additional fees.

Revisions
Each finished reel includes one reasonable revision pass. Major concept changes, new edits after approval, or changes requiring new footage may be billed separately.

Usage Rights
Clients may use finished approved reels and purchased finished assets on their business’s approved social media, website, and marketing channels. Lemon District retains ownership of raw materials, project files, and unused captured media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Use
Lemon District may use finished work, screenshots, clips, and project examples for portfolio, demo, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Future Systems
Smart Websites, Smart Campaigns, and Lem Chat or App are future systems or upgrades unless separately included in a client agreement.

Cancellation
Because the system is built around monthly production and quarterly capture planning, cancellation terms should be confirmed before signup. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in the final client agreement.
